The 2^nd 2-hour seminar will be focused on EHR and being sure your electronic records are Rule 22 compliant.  We will look at different examples and the Pros and Cons of each.  Learn how you can make your documentation compliant.  We will go over Do’s and Don’ts of electronic and paper records.  Bring examples of your soap notes and exams (with patient information blacked out) if you have questions about them.
